Teammate Pricing

As described on our public-facing pricing page, High5.ID is available in three tiers – Digital ID Only, ID Essentials, and Everything.

Teammates can give Digital ID Only to schools at no charge,
or buy ID Essentials from High5.ID “wholesale” and then give or sell licenses to schools.

Schools are encouraged to upgrade to the “Everything” tier by purchasing an upgrade directly from High5.ID, using the public-facing pricing.

Volume Pricing
  • Your volume discount is calculated by the total number of organizations that you prepay.
  • The discount established by a prepayment remains in effect for 12 months or until reset by a larger purchase.
  • Prepaid balances are non-refundable.
  • After 12 months, the prepaid balance remain available for use, but the discount level resets to the lowest tier.
Payment Terms
  • Orders under $2,000:
    • Payable by Credit card at the time of ordering.
  • Orders over $2,000:
    • 20% payable by Credit card at the time of ordering.
    • The balance automatically charged to the credit card in equal monthly payments on the first of each month, ending with Dec 1 of that year.
    • Interest of 1% per month will be charged on unpaid balances after Dec 1.
Cards
  • Teammates using ID Essentials are free to render cards to PDF/PNG and print locally, or arrange their own printing relationships.
  • Cards may be ordered in bulk from High5
    • Price is $0.29 per card plus ground shipping.
    • Minimum order 100 cards.
    • Please allow for 6 days production time plus shipping.
Messages and Sex Offender Lookups
  • SMS and email messages are charged at $0.015 each.
  • Sex Offender lookups are charged at $0.15 each.
  • Teammates maintain a balance of licenses for these items. When schools send messages or perform lookups, the teammate’s balance is decremented.
  • When the teammate’s balance runs out, the Teammate’s credit card is charged to refill. The Teammate may choose a refill size appropriate to their number of schools:
    • 1,000 messages $15
    • 10,000 messages $150
    • 100,000 messages $1500
    • 100 sex offender lookups $15
    • 1000 sex offender lookups $150
General Terms
  • All teammates must maintain a credit card on file with High5. The card is used to pay invoices, and is indirectly used by schools to purchase consumables.
  • Teammate licenses include no consumables (messages / sex offender lookups). Teammates leave a credit card on file (secured using stripe) which is charged for consumables purchased by managed organizations.
Support
  • For Digital ID and ID Essentials:
    • Teammate handles Tier 1 support
    • High5 handles Tier 2 / “escalation” support
  • For the “Everything” product:
    • High5 handles Tier 1 and 2 support
